We offer flexible delivery options to suit your organisation’s rhythm and operational realities.Cohort-Based Remote Program- Ideal for distributed teams or organisations looking to embed capability over time.
- Run over 12 or 18 weeks
- Weekly 2–3 hour remote sessions (via Teams or Zoom)
In-Person Intensive- Ideal for leadership offsites or team training sessions.
- Delivered as a 2- or 3-day in-person workshop for the entire course, or single/part-day workshops for selected modules
- Combines content delivery with facilitated strategy work and group reflection
